ABOUT US
Allions — Project Resilience is an independent resilience operator based in Luxembourg (ALLIONS S.à r.l., RCS B245184), anchored in EU Directive CER 2022/2557 on the resilience of critical entities. We support organizations, institutions, and municipalities in maintaining operational continuity of their human capital through major disruptions.
Built by instructors from military, law enforcement, and crisis response backgrounds, our programs do not teach theory — we train for operational reality. Aligned with the EU Preparedness Strategy and registered with NATO (NCAGE: BTTE1), our standards meet the highest international requirements in resilience.
