Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Allions provides in-person workshops (safety, survival, corporate training), online consultations, digital products (such as PDFs and checklists), and curated bundles that may include physical goods (e.g., emergency backpacks), community access, and personalized sessions.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Workshops and bundles are available to citizens, professionals, and businesses.
3. Prices & Payments
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Wix Payments.
Bundle prices include the components listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
4. Cancellations, Withdrawal Rights & Refunds
A. Standard Workshops & Services
Cancellation more than 30 days before training → full refund
Cancellation between 20–30 days before → 50% refund
Cancellation less than 20 days before → no refund
No-shows → no refund
In case of medical emergency (with medical certificate), a 50% refund may be granted even within 20 days.
B. Right of Withdrawal – Physical Goods (EU Consumer Law)
Customers purchasing physical goods have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify:
the item must be unused,
in original condition,
and returned with all components.
Customers bear the return shipping cost.
If goods are returned damaged or used beyond basic inspection, Allions may deduct value from the refund.
C. Mixed Contracts (Goods + Services)
Bundles combining physical goods with workshops, consultations, or community access are subject to mixed-contract rules:
The physical part (e.g., backpack) is refundable under the 14-day withdrawal right, if unused.
The service part becomes non-refundable once used, attended, accessed, or scheduled.
D. Digital Content & Community Access
If the customer chooses immediate access to digital content or community features, they acknowledge that this waives the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for the digital portion.
5. Liability
All training is at the participant’s own risk.
Allions provides appropriate safety measures and maintains insurance covering injuries that may occur during official training sessions.
Allions is not liable for misuse of equipment or knowledge outside training, nor for indirect or consequential damages.
Delays or cancellations caused by force majeure (weather, strikes, political unrest, supply-chain issues) do not create liability for Allions.
6. Intellectual Property
All training materials, PDFs, videos, community content, and digital resources remain the intellectual property of Allions Sàrl.
Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Community Access & 1:1 Sessions (Where Included)
Community access is personal and non-transferable unless Allions approves changes.
Access may be suspended or revoked for misconduct without refund.
1:1 sessions must be scheduled within the provided timeframe. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment may be forfeited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Luxembourg law and EU consumer protection directives.
9. Disputes
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
Where possible, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation.
