This is accreditation, not a public course
Allions works with selected candidates only. If selected, you complete onboarding, evaluation, and certification to deliver under the Allions standard. Accreditation is paid because it includes training, assessment, and certification.
How the process works
Step 1: Application
Submit the form with your background, location, and availability.
Step 2: Shortlisting
We review applications and invite shortlisted candidates for a selection interview.
Step 3: In-person selection interview (office)
Structured interview plus a short “teach-back” evaluation to assess clarity, discipline, and suitability.
Step 4: Accreditation intake (2 months)
Accepted candidates enter the Allions Accreditation Pathway (2 months): onboarding, standards, supervised practice, and evaluation.
Step 5: Certification and collaborationIf certified, you can deliver under the Allions standard and join the instructor/consultant network (based on demand, fit, and performance).
Allions Accreditation Pathway (2 months)
Cadence: Two 2h in-person sessions per week
Between sessions: Homework and preparation tasks
Week 1: Onboarding and baseline check
We set expectations, standards, and the Allions delivery method. You receive the standards pack, templates, and rules. We assess your starting point through a short teach-back and feedback.
Week 2: Standards and delivery methodology
You learn exactly how Allions trains: briefing, instruction, practice, debrief, and how to control a group safely and professionally. You build standard scripts (safety brief, session opening, debrief).
Week 3: Curriculum map and training modules
You receive the training modules, learning objectives, and boundaries of what can and cannot be taught under Allions. We assign your first modules and define your track (assistant, instructor, or consultant).
Weeks 4 to 5: Teaching labs and coaching (intensive)
You deliver training blocks repeatedly in controlled sessions. We correct structure, clarity, pace, authority, safety language, and group control until you meet the standard.
Weeks 6 to 7: Supervised delivery (shadow, then co-deliver)
You first observe real sessions (shadow), then deliver defined segments under supervision (co-deliver). We evaluate consistency, professionalism, time control, and standard compliance.
Week 8: Final validation and certification decision
Final evaluation includes a structured teach-back, standards check, and a certification decision. Outcomes: certified, extended pathway (if close), or not validated.
Important
Certification is earned through evaluation. Attendance alone does not guarantee certification.

Military or law enforcement background is preferred. Strong candidates from professional security and emergency services may also be considered. Proof of background will be requested during the selection process.
