Terms & Conditions – “72h‑Ready Backpack Giveaway”

1. Organizer

This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organized by:

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs during the following period:

• Start: 18 December 2025 at 18:00 (Europe/Brussels time)

• End: 02 January 2026 at 18:00 (Europe/Brussels time) (the “Closing Date”)

Entries submitted after the Closing Date will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

• are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and

• are legal residents worldwide, unless prohibited by local law.

The following are excluded from participation:

• employees, contractors, or agents of the Organizer,

• their immediate family members, and

• anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter during the Promotion Period, participants must complete all of the following steps on Instagram:

• Follow @allions.eu

• Like the giveaway post

• Comment on the giveaway post by answering the question:
  “No power for 72 hours. What would you miss the most?”

Optional Bonus Entries

Participants may earn additional entries by:

• Tagging three (3) friends in a comment

• Sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @allions.eu

Additional Entry Rules

• No purchase is required to enter or win.

• Entries must be submitted from a real, personal Instagram account.

• Automated, bot-generated, spam, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

• The Organizer reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Prize

• Prize: One (1) 72h‑Ready Emergency Backpack

• Approximate value: €700

• The Prize is non‑transferable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the Closing Date.

• The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries.

7. Winner Announcement & Claiming

• The winner will be announced on 03 January 2026 via Instagram Story and/or post on @allions.eu.

• The Organizer will also attempt to contact the winner via Instagram Direct Message.

The selected winner must respond within 72 hours of initial contact and provide all required details to allow delivery of the Prize.

If the winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Delivery

• Free shipping is included for delivery addresses within the EU/EEA.

• For delivery outside Europe, shipping may be possible but additional shipping costs may apply.

• Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling/clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Organizer will inform the winner of any additional costs prior to dispatch. If the winner does not confirm acceptance and payment (if applicable) within 72 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. The Organizer is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, strikes, or incorrect/incomplete address details.

9. Data Protection (GDPR)

The Organizer will process personal data solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering the Prize.

Data processed may include:

• Instagram username and comment content

• Story tags (if applicable)

• For the winner only: name, shipping address, and any delivery contact details required by the carrier

Legal basis:
Processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, based on performance of a contract and/or the Organizer’s legitimate interests.

Data retention:

• Entry data: retained for up to 90 days after winner confirmation for audit or dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized

• Winner delivery data: retained only as long as necessary for delivery and legal/accounting obligations

Participant rights:
Participants may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing of their data by contacting contact@allions.eu.

Marketing:
Participation in the Promotion does not subscribe participants to marketing communications. Any marketing consent must be given separately and explicitly.

10. Instagram / Meta Disclaimer

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By participating, entrants fully release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility related to this Promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer shall not be liable for:

• technical issues affecting Instagram or user accounts,

• lost, delayed, or misdirected entries,

• entries not received due to privacy settings or account restrictions,

• delivery delays caused by third‑party carriers or external circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes or Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary to ensure fairness or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any updates will be communicated via @allions.eu.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. The courts of Luxembourg shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
